The nearby village stores and further character inn are just a five minute drive, whilst the twin coastal towns of Lynton and Lynmouth, and sandy cove beaches in and around Combe Martin are just an enjoyable 10 minute journey beyond.
The cottage has been fully refurbished to a high standard throughout, with tasteful decor, fabrics in keeping with the barn, night storage heaters and woodburning stove, making it warm and cosy for all the changing seasons. Accommodation has a spacious open plan beamed living/bedroom area with rugs on wooden flooring, and attractively draped kingsize four poster bed. Very comfortable living/dining area with TV, DVD, woodburner in feature fireplace and French windows offering views over the garden. Shower room/wc. Separate compact fitted kitchen with elec hob, combination microwave etc. Owners' washing machine and tumble dryer freely available in laundry area. Steps from front door down to small garden with garden furniture. Freedom of owners farmland. Ample parking in farmyard.

is a picture-perfect fishing village. Ilfracombe is a more traditional seaside resort, but is not overly-commercialised, while the twin towns of Lynton and Lynmouth have an atmosphere all their own. Don’t miss the wonderful water-powered funicular railway here.
