Full gas central heating. Electric oven, gas hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washer/dryer, dishwasher, TV, DVD. Fuel & power inc. in rent. Bed linen inc. in rent. Travel cot & highchair available. Off road parking for 2 cars. Pretty, enclosed, sloping garden with small stream, raised wooden decked area & furniture with steps to garden. Sorry, no pets & no smoking. Shop & pub 100 yards. Note: Owners have own dog - property not completely free of pet traces. Note: Small, unfenced stream on site & River Umber flows on the other side of a metre high stock fence at the bottom of the garden - ensure children are supervised at all times. Note: This owner requires a refundable Good Housekeeping bond of £100. |

Very smart house, convenient location. We didn't have to go far to find lovely beaches, clifftop walks, good food. Loved the decking veranda and tinkling of the stream at the end of the garden. Neighbours and locals very friendly.

Combe Martin is a small village and seaside resort in north Devon, England. It has a sheltered cove, with a steep valley leading down to it, and is situated near to Berrynarbor, East Down, Kentisbury, Hele Bay, Arlington, and Shirwell and is one of over three hundred towns and villages in Devon in which Go2 has cottages or holidays lets available. The nearest cities are Plymouth (population 243,795), Exeter (population 106,772), and Wells (which has a population of 10,406 according to the 2001 Census).
