SECOND FLOOR APARTMENT WITH PANORAMIC VIEWS OVER APPLEDORE ESTUARY AND SANDY INSTOW BEACH This beautifully styled second floor apartment accessible through a private entrance, which forms part of a main house, is situated in the heart of the small fishing village of Appledore. The property offers the most incredible views of the tidal estuary and Instow beach and is a short stroll from the bustling quayside, which offers an array of small shops, cafe's, restaurants and galleries. A short drive away are the sandy surfing beaches of Westward Ho! Croyde and Saunton, as well as the Tarka Trail which is popular with walkers and cyclists. The quaint market towns of Bideford and Barnstaple, with their famous pannier markets are also close by, as well as the local attractions such as The Big Sheep and The Milky Way. The entrance staircase leads into a spacious, light hallway and the accommodation offers TWO bedrooms: 1 spacious super king-size with fitted wardrobes and 1 elegantly decorated twin room with 4ft beds. Bathroom: modern tiled bathroom with separate shower and WC. Lounge/diner: with dining table and chairs and comfortable lounge furniture, TV, DVD and hi-fi. Kitchen: contemporary with electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, dishwasher and washer/dryer. Outside: shared patio / garden area that guests are welcome to use. Amenities: private parking for 1 car, second car by arrangement, outdoor space for bikes. Bed linen, towels, electric, central heating and wi-fi included. Regret no smoking or pets. Location: beach 2 miles, pubs and shop walking distance.

Northam is a small village in north Devon, England, not far from Westward Ho!, Bideford, Appledore, Instow, and Abbotsham. The nearest designated cities are Plymouth and Exeter.
Whilst perhaps not as well known as some other towns in the area Northam is in fact an excellent location for a holiday in north Devon, boasting a wide range of holiday lets and accommodation. It is known for the Northam Burrows which lies beside the Taw Torridge Estuary. These marshes and sand dunes are part of the North Devon Areas of Outstanding Natural Beauty and provide for a beautiful location to both explore and also to view a variety of wildlife in their natural habitat.
