Fairy Lane Studio is situated on a quiet lane, just one mile from the seaside resort of Courtown within the owners working cattle farm. Designed in the style of a Swiss chalet, the cottage has a 'Dutch Hip Roof' and a welcoming open plan living area. The living area contains a well equipped fitted kitchen, dining area and sitting area with woodburning stove, plus two sets of French doors that lead onto a private patio. Fairy Lane Studio sleeps two and has a mezzanine double bedroom and the cottage also has a wet room with shower. Courtown has many amenities and activities to suit all tastes, while the Wicklow Mountains National Park is a short drive away and Dublin is an hour's drive away. Fairy Lane Studio is in an ideal location and is perfect for couples.

Oil central heating with woodburning stove in living area. Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, TV, DVD, CD/radio, WiFi. Fuel, power and starter pack for woodburning stove inc. in rent April - September inclusive, ?30 supplement payable direct to owner October - March inclusive. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Lawned and patio area with furniture and BBQ. Off road parking for three cars. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop and pub 1 mile. |
