GENERAL - Spacious waterside town house - Overlooking the beautiful River Fowey and harbour - Accommodation is arranged on four floors - The car park is pay and display 400 yards away GROUND FLOOR - Fully fitted kitchen - Dining room with a bay window overlooking the water - Comfortable sitting room with fine river views - Sitting room has a railed balcony which enjoys the sun for much of the day LOWER GROUND FLOOR - Twin bedded room - Shower room with WC and a utility room FIRST FLOOR - Bathroom WC with shower over the bath - Master bedroom with a king size bed which directly overlooks the water - Twin bedroom on the street side SECOND FLOOR - Long loft bedroom with four single beds and river views OUTSIDE - Flight of steps leads to a narrow walled garden - Double doors lead onto a platform and steps to the river and foreshore LOCAL AREA - Fowey is a charming small town with shops, independent restaurants, pubs and galleries - Sheltered beach at Readymoney cove reached by a 15 minute walk - Polruan or Mevagissey can be visited by ferry - The Eden Project and The Lost Gardens of Heligan are a short drive away PLEASE NOTE - A weekly car park ticket currently costs £28 - Towels are not available
