GROUP DESCRIPTION - Situated in the small hamlet of Tredinnick near Luxulyan Valley - Set to one side of a lane within the grounds of the owner’s small holding - These two properties offer an ideal rural retreat in peaceful countryside - Owner offers shared use of their outdoor hot tub free of charge - Shared laundry room with freezer, washing machine and tumble dryer GENERAL - Single storey detached and double glazed barn offering studio style accommodation - Carport where there is parking for one car ACCOMMODATION - Four steps and a sloping paved path lead up to the front door - Fully fitted kitchen with a convenient breakfast bar and high stools - Separate shower room W.C. with hand basin - Open-plan room which acts as both lounge and bedroom - Double bed, small occasional table with dining chairs and a settee next to the French Windows GARDEN - Two steps lead down to a private outdoor sitting area with patio furniture for the visitor’s sole use - Visitors are welcome to walk around and enjoy the shared acre of gardens and a paddock LOCAL AREA - Direct access to The Saints Way footpath linking Padstow and Fowey - Nearest village pubs are at Luxulyan and Lanlivery both about 2 miles away - Bodmin and Lostwithiel are a 15 minute drive respectively - Lanhydrock House and the Eden Project are about a 15 minute car journey - Charlestown and Fowey are approximately 10 miles - Beaches at Par Sands and Polkerris are both about a 20 minute drive away PLEASE NOTE - No cot - travel cot/carrycot accepted |

Lostwithiel (whose name derives from the Cornish 'lostwydhyel', meaning 'tail of a wooded area') is a small town in Cornwall, England. It is located at the head of the River Fowey within a few miles of Lanlivery, Tywardreath, Golant, Lanhydrock, Luxulyan, and Par and is one of over 250 towns and villages in Cornwall in which Go2 has cottages or holidays lets available. The nearest official cities are Truro (population 20,920), Plymouth (population 243,795), and Exeter (which has a population of 106,772 according to the 2001 Census).
A visit here is well worth considering!
