There is a five ring gas hob and oven, washer/dryer, dishwasher and separate built-in fridge and freezer, along with a small breakfast bar with two stools.Living/Dining area is a soft and understated area with two large sofas, glass coffee table, a 40" flat screen TV with Freeview, DVD and music centre. There is a contemporary wood burner. Full length sliding doors open onto decking - equipped with a table for eight - which overlooks Clearwater Lake, accessed directly via a grassed area. Dining Area the table in the dining area seats eight.First FloorMaster Bedroom with King size bed and Ensuite Bathtroom with bath, shower over, WC and washbasin. Private access to a balcony. Bedroom Two with double bed and access to a balcony. The Lower Mill Estate is a 450 acre private nature reserve, making it a nature lover's paradise. As a guest, you are free to enjoy the whole Estate at your leisure. You may want to enjoy a peaceful walk around one of the beautiful lakes, fish, and bird watch from one of the hides or sail on one of the lakes. Artspa offers indoor, outdoor (heated) and eco pools, as well as a state of the art gymnasium and an exceptional selection of spa treatments. A small farm shop is situated in Mill Village, offering all of the essentials. Full weeks in school holidays except at short notice. No Smokers. One small pet accepted. Friday changeovers only, or Mondays for Short breaks (to Friday). Other dates will be considered only at short notice. Unlimited access to Artspa is included in your stay! Please advise Manor Cottages at the time of booking if your party is a single sex group.Cot and highchair available at additional charge of £10.00 each. It’s the famous local honey-coloured stone that makes the buildings here, whether a tiny cottage or grand manor house, so distinctive and so appealing. Little has changed in many of the Cotswolds towns for more than 300 years, giving them a rare beauty in today’s world, and they are all within easy reach of our any of holiday lets or cottages in the Cotswolds.
Perhaps the most perfect Cotswolds town is Broadway, now a major centre for arts and antiques. Broadway is also well known for its tower, from which it is said you can see 14 counties. There’s also the beautifully preserved Chipping Campden, Bourton-on-the-Water, the “Little Venice” of the Cotswolds and Stow-on-the-Wold, perhaps the best-known of the smaller towns here. But there are countless other charming places to discover as you tour these gentle hills.
The market town of Cirencester, the “capital of the Cotswolds” boasts a very fine parish church as well as the Corinium Museum. This features a fascinating re-creation of life in Roman Britain.
