There are 7 cottages on site of which four are offered as holiday homes, surrounded by open fields with gardens, lawn areas and ponds.An ideal base for touring the whole of South Devon, there is much to see and do within a short drive. Explore the coastline with sandy beaches and sheltered coves, drive to historic Exeter or Plymouth, walk on rugged Dartmoor or enjoy attractions which include horse riding, golf, fishing, numerous National Trust properties and gardens, Crealy Country Park, Buckfast Abbey and Paignton Zoo, to name but a few. In the evenings relax on the outdoor seating or visit one of many local well-known family pubs serving food.Stabling: the farm benefits from a paddock with stabling and hard-standing for the parking of a horse trailer. These facilities may be hired through direct negotiation with the owners. Outside: communal gardens. Shared utility room: laundry room with washing machines and tumble dryers (coin operated).
