'Cosy' is a fitting description for The Haven, an Edwardian cottage of great character situated in a conservation area just 150 yds. from wide, uncrowded beaches. One double bedded room and one single bedded room. Sitting room with wood burning stove, books and games. Ideal for a couple or for smaller families.
The countless and varied walks also make The Haven an ideal base for dog owners with many 'dog friendly' hostelries in the area.
Maximum 2 dogs accepted.
Tatstefully furnished to reflect the period with pretty, secluded courtyard style garden complete with garden furniture.
It stands halfway down The Londs, between the clifftops and the village centre.
The cottage is protected from this quiet road by a tall flint wall with an arched wooden entrance gate from the road to the garden.
The village has some exceptional late Victorian and Edwardian houses, excellent inland and coastal walks, local crabs, Post Office, restaurant, clifftop cafe and small mini-market and a Pub.
Regular bus services linking Overstrand to other coastal spots.

Cromer, famous for the ‘Cromer Crab’, the main catch of local fishermen, is a coastal town in the north of Norfolk. The town is popular with tourists, has a wide variety of shops and a number of attractions including its museum and the ‘Amazona’ Amazon-themed zoo, newly opened in 2006.
Good transport facilities are provided including both rail and bus access, and Cromer provides a variety of holiday accommodation, ranging from cottages, through B&Bs to hotels, a wide range of which you will find available on Go2.
