This detached cottage is in the hamlet of Newhouses, close to the town of Settle in the Yorkshire Dales National Park and sleeps four people in two bedrooms.
Oak Cottage is a detached cottage within the small hamlet of Newhouses, near to the town of Settle in the Yorkshire Dales National Park. This cottage sleeps four people and has two bedrooms, consisting of one double and one twin, as well as a family bathroom. The cottage also has a fitted kitchen, a sitting room with a dining area and open fire. To the outside of this cottage, there is off road parking for two cars, a patio to the front of the cottage, and a large sheltered enclosed rear garden with garden furniture and BBQ. Oak Cottage is ideal for a family holiday or romantic retreat and is in a wonderful location for exploring the stunning Yorkshire Dales.
Accommodation
Electric heating from night storage heaters and additional heating from open fire in sitting room. Electric cooker, microwave, fridge/freezer, washer, tumble dryer, colour TV, video, CD player etc. All fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Travel cot available on request. Off-road parking for 2 cars. South facing patio to front of cottage and large sheltered, enclosed rear garden with garden furniture and BBQ. Up to 2 well behaved dogs welcome (please note, this property is close to owner’s working hill farm). Non smokers preferred. Shops and pub 0.5 miles. Note: There is no mobile phone reception at this property. |
