I would highly recommend this property to anyone, very clean, comfortable home from home. Ideally situated for exploring the surrounding areas and 10 minutes walking distance into the town of Rye. Excellent holiday would like to return for a longer stay.

Apartment spot on, very clean, private parking space, quiet but near to town. Loads to do and see in the area and great places to eat. A very enjoyable holiday.

A lovely apartment with great views. Very peaceful. An ideal location as a base for visiting the surrounding countryside of East Sussex & Kent. We have just booked again for 2011.

I would thoroughly recommend Kittiwakes at Rye. It is a compact, modern apartment for 2 in an excellent position on the riverside, and only a 5/10 minute walk into Rye.

This is a well maintained and equipped apartment. The owners made us feel welcome, with a table set and useful items such as milk, tea and coffee provided. They greeted us personally and gave us useful information. A pleasant location with fascinating river views, and just a short walk into Rye.

Comfortable and extremely well equipped, and in an excellent location with river views,and east access to all that Rye has to offer, which is lots from shopping to eating and great alks.
