About Southwold, Suffolk Southwold is a small coastal town on the mouth of the River Blyth on the North Sea coast in Suffolk, England. It is located not far from Reydon, Walberswick, Corton, Wrentham, Wangford, and Blythburgh and is one of about a hundred towns or villages in Suffolk in which Go2 has cottages or holidays lets available. The closest main cities are Norwich and Canterbury (which has a population of 43,552 according to the 2001 Census).
