Accommodation
Enter through the porch conservatory with convienently placed table and chairs for evenings spent sitting out and enjoying the views and soaking up the atmosphere that Croyde has to offer. The elegant modern kitchen creates a clean fresh atmosphere with ample storage, white walls, cream splash back tiling and mottled black worktops with white shaker units and drawers. This kitchen is well-equipped with a built-in electric cooker, 4-ring hob, microwave, dishwasher, fridge, freezer, washing machine, kettle, toaster and all the essential kitchen utensils. The large sunny open plan lounge and dining area is well furnished with 3 comfortable sofas, freeview 32 inch TV, DVD player and a feature fireplace. This room also serves as a dining room with a dining table and seating with a large picture window overlooking the garden and taking full advantage of the views towards the sand dunes and sea. The snug room just off the lounge can be easily converted to sleep additional guests as it has a double sleeper settee and a single sleeper sofa, Wardrobe and storage shelf. The master bedroom is upstairs with a double bed, chest of drawers, dresser, mirror and an en-suite shower enclosure. Bedroom 2 has a double and a single bed, white chest of drawers, matching bedside cabinets and reading lamps. Bedroom 3 is downstairs with an ikea-style bunk bed with a double below and single bunk above plus a separate single bed. The family Bathroom has a large walk in shower, washbasin, vanity unit and a separate W.C A delightful large lawned enclosed rear garden wraps the house with a patio area - ideal for evening bbq's . Outside also features a convenient outhouse. |
