This luxury detached cottage is set in the village of Langton Herring, near Weymouth and sleeps twelve people in six bedrooms.
Manor House is an impressive 18th century property situated in the village of Langton Herring, five miles from Weymouth in Dorset. This cottage sleeps twelve people in six bedrooms, consisting of three double bedrooms, one of which has a four-poster bed and one has an en-suite bathroom, a half taster double and a second floor twin. There are also two bathrooms, one on the first floor and one on the second. The cottage also has a kitchen with dining area and woodburning stove, a utility, a boot room and two sitting rooms, one of which has an open fire. Outside there is a heated swimming pool, a fitness suite over two floors, lawned gardens and six acres of paddocks and woodlands. Manor House is an ideal base for a large family or group of friends and has a check-in time of 4pm and a check-out time of 11am.

Oil central heating with woodburning stove and open fire. Electric AGA, electric oven and hob, microwave, 2 x fridge/freezer (one with ice maker), washing machine, condenser dryer, dishwasher, 5 x TVs with full Sky (2 independent systems for flexible viewing), Blu-ray, DVD, CD/radio, PlayStation 3, telephone (incoming calls only), WiFi, selection of books, games and DVDs. Fuel, power and starter packs for stove and fire inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Travel cot and travel highchair on request. Ample off road parking. Enclosed lawned gardens with pond, two patios with furniture and six acres of paddocks and woodland. Outdoor heated swimming pool available mid Apr to end of Sep (weather dependent) measuring 12m long and 1.2m deep (no shallow end). External fitness suite over two floors with treadmill, weight machine, cross trainer, small pool table and table tennis. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop 2.5 miles, pub 10 mins walk. Coast 1 mile. Note: Pool has no shallow end. Note: Young children must be supervised around fenced pool area and pond at all times. Note: Some of the floors are at different levels; therefore property may not be suitable for the infirm or less mobile. Note: No hen or stag parties. Note: Check-in time is 4pm and check-out time is 11am. |
