This detached cottage is located on the edge of Abersoch in North Wales and sleeps ten people in five bedrooms.
Maes Coch is a modern, detached cottage on the edge of the seaside village of Abersoch on the Lleyn Peninsula in North Wales. The cottage has five bedrooms (two doubles, two twins and one with bunk beds) which with the addition of two family bathrooms make it suitable for ten people. Also in the cottage are a fitted kitchen with a breakfast table, a dining room and a sitting room with an electric fire. Outside the cottage is off road parking for three cars and a large lawned garden with outdoor furniture and a barbecue. Set across the road from its two neighbouring cottages which can be booked together, Maes Coch can sleep up to nineteen people in one of the most sought after locations in North Wales.

Part oil central heating plus wall-mounted electric panel heaters with electric fire in sitting room. Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher, flat screen TV, DVD. All fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen inc. in rent. Cot, highchair and stairgate. Off road parking for 3 cars, boat, canoes etc. Large side and rear lawned garden with furniture and BBQ. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shops, pubs, restaurants and beach 10 - 15 mins walk. Note: This owner requires a refundable Good Housekeeping bond of £200. |

Abersoch is a village and popular coastal resort in Gwynedd, Wales. It is situated near to Mynytho, Llanbedrog, Garn Fadryn, Nefyn, Rhiw, and Pwlhelli and is one of nearly one hundred towns and villages in Gwynedd in which Go2 has cottages or holidays lets available. The nearest main cities are Bangor (population 15,280), Newport (population 116,143), and Swansea (which has a population of 169,880 according to the 2001 Census).
Abersoch faces east on the south coast of the Llyn Peninsula, and is so named because the Afon Soch river enters the sea here. Once a fishing port Abersoch has developed into a popular centre for watersports such as dinghy sailing, jet-skiing and windsurfing. Nearby beaches are also popular with surfers.
