The Oaks is a wonderful, stone-built cottage a short walk to the town centre of Broadway, near Evesham in the Cotswolds. The cottage offers a king-size double room, which can be made into a twin, a double room with an en-suite shower room and a twin room. There is also a family bathroom and a kitchen with a dining area, boasting a large glass dining table. The sitting room features a warming open fire and patio doors leading outside to the patio area. Outside, there is a lawned garden and a patio with furniture and off road parking for three cars. The Oaks is a wonderful base for friends and families exploring the Cotswolds, all year round.

Fuel, power and fuel for fire inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Travel cot and highchair. Off road parking for 3 cars. Lockable bike storage. Enclosed lawned garden with patio, furniture and BBQ plus shared paddock. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop and pub 7 mins walk. Note: Pond in grounds, children to be supervised. |
