Malvern is a high-ceilinged Edwardian house newly available for holiday lets for the summer of 2016. This substantial semi-detached three-storey house is perfectly positioned within the heart of the bustling coastal town of Wells-next-the-Sea, within walking distance of the picturesque quay and gorgeous sandy beach. Malvern has recently been redecorated throughout and has many original Edwardian features. There are three good-sized bedrooms on the first floor, with a further two bedrooms on the top floor, however, we suggest that it is suitable for a maximum of 8 guests as there are only two bathrooms (one ground floor and one first floor). Outside there is a fully enclosed south facing landscaped garden, part paved and part shale, and off-street parking for three cars at the front/side of the house. A maximum of two well behaved dogs see welcome for an additional charge of £20 per dog per week. Ground Floor Entrance hall: with original Edwardian tiled floor and cornicing, a wooden settle coat hooks and a shoe rack. Sitting Room: is at the front of the house with a large bay window and gas effect fire. There are three comfy sofas, a coffee table, freeview smart TV with DVD player, a selection of books and DVDs. Kitchen: well-equipped with a gas hob, electric oven and a microwave, dishwasher and a fridge/freezer. There is a kitchen table which seats five and an original cast iron range (ornamental only). Utility Area: spacious area with sink, additional cupboards, washing machine and a tumble dryer. Sun Room: overlooks the garden and has a sofa and wicker chairs and French doors to outside. There are a selection of books and games/toys for all ages. Dining Room: with original floorboards, sideboard, small TV/DVD player and a dining table with eight chairs. Bathroom: with a bath, hand basin and WC. There is a wide sweeping staircase up from the hallway with a banister. First Floor Bedroom 1: a light and airy room at the front of the house with two large windows and original fireplace. There is a double bed, bedside tables and lamps, chest of drawers, wardrobe, 2 large sofas and a TV/DVD player. Bedroom 2: has a double bed, bedside lamps, two chests of drawers, a writing desk and a wardrobe. Bedroom 3: has twin beds, bedside lamps, wardrobe, chest of drawers and a marble topped wash stand. Bathroom: electric shower over bath and a hand basin. Separate WC Second Floor Bedroom 4: Double bed, bedside tables and lamps, chest of drawers, wardrobe table and chairs, TV/DVD. Distant sea views. Bedroom 5: Twin beds, bedside table and lamp, chest of drawers and hanging hooks. Outside There is a shingle drive at the front and side of Malvern with off-street parking for three cars. Taking a break in one of our holiday cottages in Norfolk is the ideal way to explore this atmospheric and historic county. The coastline is the major attraction here, with miles of sandy beaches stretching from historic King’s Lynn all the way round to Great Yarmouth, famous for its Golden Mile and multitude of seaside attractions and entertainments. Cromer (noted for its crabs and pier), Sheringham and Hunstanton are also firm family favourites. If you prefer something quieter during your stay in one of our holiday cottages in Norfolk, try the North Norfolk Coast, a designated Area of Natural Beauty and a haven for walkers and birdwatchers. Venture inland and you’ll discover a gently rolling landscape dotted with flint cottages and ancient churches.

The county town of Norwich is one of England’s best-preserved cities and is a joy to wander around. Don’t miss a visit to the magnificent cathedral towering above the surrounding medieval streets. East of the city lie the Norfolk Broads, a vast expanse of interconnected lakes and waterways which has long been a firm favourite with sailors. Hire a boat for a day to see them at their best. Less
well-known are the mysterious Brecks, a wilderness area of heaths and forests and one of the least-populated parts of the country.
