This 200 year old cottage, with 3 bedrooms, living room and spacious kitchen/diner is conveniently situated in a quiet lane close to the quay and shops. Sensitively modernised, it retains features such as beams throughout and 2 open fireplaces, one equipped with wood burner.
The Cottage offers 1 double bedroom, with en-suite toilet and wash basin, 1 twin bedroom, which can be made in to a kingsize bed, There is a DVD in this room, 1 bunk bedroom.
Downstairs the living room has a wood-burning stove, plus BT TV and a DVD. There is free WiFi in the cottage. The kitchen is fully equipped, and has been refurbished using traditional fittings including a gas range cooker and Belfast sink.
Also on the ground floor is the bathroom, with bath, wash basin and toilet. There is an extra room off the entrance hall, which can act as a reading room, play area or store room.
Outside, there is a paved area where you can sit in warm weather.
An ideal base for all North Norfolk.
Owner requires 25% of the final balance when booking. Pets are usually welcome by arrangement with the owner.

Wells-Next-The-Sea is a town and seaport in Norfolk, England. Known in the area simply as 'Wells' it is situated not far from Whighton, Little Walsingham, Stiffkey, Great Walsingham, North Barsham, and Burnham Thorpe and is one of over 230 towns or villages in Norfolk in which Go2 has cottages or holidays lets available. The closest official cities are Norwich (population 174,047), Ely (population 13,954), and Cambridge (which has a population of 113,442 according to the 2001 Census).
Formerly served by railways which connected the town to the mainline, following the Beecham cuts in the 1960s the lines have since re-opened as tourist attractions. The Wells and Walsingham Light Railway is a 10¼ inch-gauge railway (the longest of its type anywhere in the world) and the
Wells Harbour Railway is a another line of the same gauge that takes passengers from the harbour to the beach and caravan site.
