Excellent location - able to get to anywhere in Cornwall within about 45 mins. Lovely, cosy cottage with everything you could possibly need. Brilliant welcome when we arrived - local goodies, such as biscuits and marmalade, and a pint of milk in the fridge! We would definitely recommend to friends and hope to be back ourselves. Mrs M, ROCHESTER, Kent 03 October 2010
Ideal holiday for relaxing in the peace and quite but good location for exploring Cornwall. Mr M, Hythe , Kent 14 September 2010
This cottage is a perfect retreat to escape from the busy lifes we lead, located in a perfect location to access all areas of Cornwall. Mrs C, Brentwood, Essex 22 August 2010
This was the third time that we stayed at this cottage. Cannot rate it highly enough. Perfect location and suberb accommodation. Mr M, GOSPORT 25 June 2010
This cottage made a perfect holiday! It was cosy, homely and welcoming, with lovely little extra touches, and the owner was welcoming and only to happy to help. Well equipped and perfect for young children, providing a bed rail and bath mat, and perfect for my 2 year old son who also loved the wide selection of childrens DVD's. The enclosed garden is wonderful, the cottage is close to lots of attrations and there are lots of lovely pubs and restaurants nearby. We had a lovely Sunday lunch at the Plume of Feathers, and a fantastic meal at Viners Restaurant. Dairyland is a brilliant day out for children and only a five minute drive away, and also the Lappa Valley steam railway is close by. Miss C, Newport, Gwent 26 September 2009

Very good base to explore. Very quiet and relaxing to return to after a day out. Mrs H, Harwich, Essex 10 August 2009
This holiday was in a good location which allowed easy access to the surrounding tourist attractions. A large supermarket was only 12 mins drive away and several local pubs were in driving distance for some great meals. Mrs S, MIRFIELD, West Yorkshire 04 August 2009
A lovely cottage! The owner was extremely helpful both on arrival and during the visit. The cottage was excellent value for money and we would consider going back again in a couple of years. The puppy loved the garden and the space he had to run around in. Miss S, STEVENAGE 28 June 2009
The location of this cottage is close to most of the tourist hotspots in the cornish area. The cottage itself is wonderful and in a quiet location. If you want to eat out there are some great inns in the area.A warm welcome awaits you from the owner with all the home comforts. Thoroughly recommended. Mr M, Gosport 24 May 2008
